Chad has been in fitness since 2010 experience as a certified personal trainer and Strength & Conditioning Specialist with ISSA. 

Chad’s biggest accomplishment was competing on stage in Men's Physique Masters Division which Chad placed second. 

Chad's Goal as a Coach/Trainer is not for his

athletes/clients to complete a number of reps, it's to Challenge the muscles as much as possible while maintaining proper movement, form, and execution.
